Dispatch Time
We operate a dynamic stock level system. The items that do not show a stock level are items we can sell as a retailer for those manufacturers. Those items can be back-ordered and we will update you when we have the items in our warehouse ready to ship.
If all your ordered items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving your order and will send email confirmation to let you know when it has left us. If any of your ordered items are out of stock we will order them from our supplier at the earliest opportunity, this is usually on a Monday morning. The majority of orders from our suppliers arrive on Thursday or Friday of the same week and we will aim to ship your order out to you within 24 hours of the supplier delivery arriving with us.
If any of your items are on ‘back-order’ then we will attempt to order a resupply. If the items on your order remain out of stock for 2 weeks then we will contact you with some options to refund or wait for a resupply. If you wish alternative arrangements to be made then please contact us at your earliest opportunity after placing your order on our website.

postage types and delivery times
Our chosen standard postage service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a deliver aim of 2 to 3 days (excl. Sundays). For orders over £125 in value we may choose to send your order by a Courier and a signature will be required. If you would like your order shipped in multiple packages you will need to contact us to pay additional postage.
Rest of the World
We do not take orders via our website for delivery outside of the UK.
Weight limits
Our flat rates are so reasonable and our prices are so low that we cannot cover the additional cost of shipping for heavy orders. In the UK the weight limit is 30kg.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you will have 14 days to inform us of this decision, and 60 days to complete the return. Upon the return of the item, we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that if the item you return is not faulty, a return & restocking fee (£5) will be deducted from your refund. If the value of your return is over £100 we require you to use your own returns method.
If your order is damaged or you have received an incorrect item, you will also have 14 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us of this error, and a further 60 days to return the order for a replacement or a full refund. Please note, requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time, however if we cannot fulfil a replacement, you will be provided with a full refund.

Once the item has been received and checked we will issue the refund. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days.
