Lorcana Set Championship – Whispers in the Well – 24th January @ 9am

Join us on Saturday 24th January 2026 for our Lorcana – Whispers in the Well – Set Championship! Doors open at 9am – the first games will start to be played between 9.30am and 10am – so please arrive promptly!

Event will start when all players have arrived or 9.30am, whichever comes first – if you are a late arrival, and your opponent agrees, you may start your game up to 10am.

All players will receive 1 x Booster Pack for attending.

There will be additional Booster Packs and (possibly) Troves available to purchase at the event!

Limited to 24 players! – Only those that purchase one of these tickets can attend! So Don’t miss out! Book your place today! If there are remaining tickets they can be bought on the day.

Format:

Sealed – Swiss Pairing – Best of three – 60 minute Rounds – Rounds based on number of players.

Prizing:

All players will receive a Booster Pack for attending, and the Winner and 3 x Runner-up players will receive additional Booster Packs. There will also be pins, stickers and Promo Cards for all!

Important Ticket Information:

1. Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the event. After this time no refunds will be given!

2. Always check the date and time of the event to make sure you can make the event before purchasing.

3. If the event is cancelled by Triple Helix Wargames a full refund will be processed.

4. If the customer forgets the event or is unable to attend, no refund will be given.

5. Tickets for events can not be sold on.

6. Please make sure if the event uses an external website to run on you are signed up and have an account on that website

7. Doors open for events at the set time listed in the event, please do not turn up too early as we need to setup!

8. Our events are aimed at everyone. Loud and strong language is discouraged! Behaviour that is not suitable for under 18s will be addressed by the staff!

Dispatch Time

We operate a dynamic stock level system. The items that do not show a stock level are items we can sell as a retailer for those manufacturers. Those items can be back-ordered and we will update you when we have the items in our warehouse ready to ship.

If all your ordered items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of receiving your order and will send email confirmation to let you know when it has left us. If any of your ordered items are out of stock we will order them from our supplier at the earliest opportunity, this is usually on a Monday morning. The majority of orders from our suppliers arrive on Thursday or Friday of the same week and we will aim to ship your order out to you within 24 hours of the supplier delivery arriving with us.

If any of your items are on ‘back-order’ then we will attempt to order a resupply. If the items on your order remain out of stock for 2 weeks then we will contact you with some options to refund or wait for a resupply. If you wish alternative arrangements to be made then please contact us at your earliest opportunity after placing your order on our website.

postage types and delivery times

Our chosen standard postage service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a deliver aim of 2 to 3 days (excl. Sundays). For orders over £125 in value we may choose to send your order by a Courier and a signature will be required. If you would like your order shipped in multiple packages you will need to contact us to pay additional postage.

Rest of the World

We do not take orders via our website for delivery outside of the UK.

Weight limits

Our flat rates are so reasonable and our prices are so low that we cannot cover the additional cost of shipping for heavy orders. In the UK the weight limit is 30kg.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you will have 14 days to inform us of this decision, and 60 days to complete the return. Upon the return of the item, we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that if the item you return is not faulty, a return & restocking fee (£5) will be deducted from your refund. If the value of your return is over £100 we require you to use your own returns method.

If your order is damaged or you have received an incorrect item, you will also have 14 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us of this error, and a further 60 days to return the order for a replacement or a full refund. Please note, requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time, however if we cannot fulfil a replacement, you will be provided with a full refund.

Once the item has been received and checked we will issue the refund. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days.
