COVID-19 UPDATE 06 June 2021
We are taking the opportunity to take a different approach as we re-open. Our stock levels will be live, and so if your item is displaying as in stock then it is in the building (provided the Gretchin haven’t eaten it!) and will leave us within one working day! If, however, you wish to order items that are not displayed on the website then please email your order directly to email@example.com with a contact telephone number and a member of the team will call you back to complete your order.
Over time we intend to build to a fully live stock holding, covering the multiple ranges of the suppliers that we traded with before COVID-19 put the world on hold!
While we do have a member of staff working to answer emails, please bear in mind that we are not yet at full capacity in the office and so some actions to resolve issues may take longer than normal.
In late June 2021, as the final lock-down measures are relaxed, we plan to open the shop again to drop in customers – there are just a few more changes that we need to make before we can return to normal service in the store!

The Shop is open for browsing and purchases from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
The office is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for queries and Click and Collect purchases, excluding Bank Holidays. If you have any queries about orders, stock or anything at all please email or call or us. If we can’t get to your call please leave a message and we will call you back within 48 working hours.
The store is open for a click and collect service if you would prefer to save on the postage costs, so again please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org with a contact telephone number, and requesting a collection in store, and one of the team will be in touch to complete your order and arrange a collection time.
How to find us
We are just a 5 minute drive from the A350 between Trowbridge and Westbury and only a 35 minute drive from Junction 17 of the M4.
To reach us by car coming from the South follow the signs to Westbury on the A350. On entering the Town you pass a petrol station and reach a mini roundabout. Take the first exit and follow the road downhill. Go straight over the next mini roundabout and at the next roundabout take the first exit signposted to the railway station. Follow this road over a roundabout and past the railway station and bridge. At the next mini roundabout with a shop on the corner, take the third exit, follow the road out of the residential area. After approx 1 mile turn left into the West Wilts Trading Estate. Take the second left into Cory Way, after Gillmans Flooring you will see the entrance to The Brunel Centre, turn into the car park and we are in the row at the back of the car park. Please park in any of the spaces available, we are in Unit 10 with our sign above the door.
Westbury is a mainline station on the London Paddington to Exeter route, stopping at Reading, Newbury and Taunton. It is also on the mainline between Cardiff and Portsmouth stopping at Southampton, Salisbury and Bath. We are a 1 hour, 20 minute train journey from London and only 20 minutes from Bath. If you are coming at the weekend and may need to wait a while for a bus, just call and we will collect you from the station!
By bus you can reach us direct on the D1 which will drop you a 2 minute walk from our front door. This runs between Bath and Warminster hourly during the week and every 2 hours on the weekend. The bus also runs direct from Westbury train station. Click for timetable.
