 Shipping Policy (Updated 19.04.12)

We do not ship Games Workshop Products outside of the European Economic Region.  We do ship all other ranges, EXCEPT aerosol Sprays Woldwide

Shipping in the UK is FREE for all weights.

All packages under 2Kg are sent via Second Class Business Royal Mail Delivery within the UK or by Standard Airmail outside of the UK. Packages may be sent by Recorded/Tracked Delivery depending on the value and no part shipping will take place unless additional shipping is paid for.  Faster shipping services are available on request, subjust to stock and at additional cost.

Shipping to the EU will be charged.  The price starts at  £5.00 for a 1KG package and is rated according to weight there after.  The ranges are 1kg to 2kg, 2kg to 3 kg, 3kg to 5kg, 5kg to 10kg and 10kg to 15kg.

Shipping to all other countries outside of the UK and EU will be FREE up to 2kg and will be charged there after.  The charge starts at £15 for a 2-3kg package  and is rated according to weight there after. The ranges are 2kg to 3 kg, 3kg to 5kg, 5kg to 10kg and 10kg to 15kg.

Prices for shipping are done on a sliding scale and are based on the actual cost of postage and packaging for those weights to those regions.

DESPATCHING YOUR ORDER 

We will despatch models that are in stock at the time of purchase within 2 working days of payment being received.

If your order contains items that are both in stock and items that are out of stock at the time of ordering we will send the order as a single order and will hold those items that are in stock and despatch them at the same time as the items that are out of stock on the day that Triple Helix Wargames take receipt from the relevant manufacturer of the items that are out of stock at the time of ordering. We will notify you that some of the items you have ordered are out of stock and you will then have the opportunity to cancel the order if you are unhappy to wait for the full order to be fulfilled.

Customers wishing to part ship their orders, outside of our standard shipping policy will be liable for addiditonal charges.  This will depend on the size of the order and there for the weight and type of shipping.  Customers will be advised the charge at the time of request and orders will not be part shipped until this is paid. 

Triple Helix Wargames places orders weekly, so the maximum delay between payment being made and Triple Helix Wargames despatching your items will be 12 days where the items are in stock with the manufacturer/supplier.

If the items ordered are out of stock with Triple Helix Wargames and out of stock with the manufacturer and despatch will therefore take longer than the anticipated 12 days you will be offered an immediate refund which you may accept or alternatively you may accept an alternative item of similar value.  If you choose to receive the alternative product and subsequently change your mind, you may return the item to us at our cost as long as the returns guidance is followed. 

All packages under 2kg within the UK are sent by Second Class delivery, which has a delivery aim of 3-5 working days.  Items over 2kg are sent by First class delivery and have a delivery aim of 1-3 working days.  Items with a value of over £65 may be sent using recorded delivery and packages over £120 in value may be sent using a courier service.

All packages sent outside of the UK are sent via standard Airmail, which has a delivery aim of 1-5 weeks.  This is dependent on distance from the UK and the quality of the local postal service.  Packages over £65 in value will be sent by Airsure or International Signed-for and will require a signature on delivery. 

Other forms of delivery are available, including express service and tracked at additional cost.  Please contact us after ordering to discuss your requirements.

 In the event of any conflict between these Shipping Policy terms and the Standard Terms and Conditions these Shipping Policy terms will take precedence.

 RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Triple Helix Wargames will accept returns and exchanges of items purchased through our website for any reason including that you have simply changed your mind.

If you have received a package and there is a mistake with your order or damage to the package, and therefore the contents, please get in touch immediately. You must notify us of any issues within 14 days or receiving your package. We will resolve the issue by sending you replacement items or parts wherever we can and prefer to do this rather than provide a refund. You may be asked to return an item to us. If this is done because of damage we may refund you the cost of the postage you paid, as long as you follow the guidance we provide on returning an item and retaining proof of postage & cost.

If you would simply like to cancel your order and return all or part of it please notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving your order. In order to receive a refund you must return the items to us in the same condition in which you received them. Please ensure the items are not damaged and have not been opened. Please package your items up either in the original packaging or something of a similar quality. Return your items to us at the address on your order paperwork by Recorded/Tracked delivery and notify us when you have sent them. Your items must be returned to us within 21 days of cancelling all or part of your order. As soon as your items are received by us we will notify you by email and will provide a Web Coupon or refund within 21 working days, and normally within 7 days. We will not refund you the cost of your postage for returning an item in these circumstances.

Triple Helix Wargames always prefers to complete an order with our customers and so you will firstly be offered an alternative product of a similar value. If you choose to receive an alternative product and then subsequently decide to return it, you may do so at our cost. If you do not choose this option and have an account with us you will be provided with a Website Discount Coupon to the value of the returned products for use within 6 months. If you decide not to take this option then you must inform us and we will cancel the coupon and provide a refund.

Triple Helix Wargames reserves the right to not accept returns or exchanges from customers who do not notify us within 7 working days of receiving their order. We also reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges from customers who do not return the product to us within 21 days of cancelling the order. A reasonable period of time will be given to customers who purchase from overseas with regards to the length of time their delivery takes.

If you have received a product that has a manufacturing fault, which includes missing items from within a box/blister, then you must notify us of it within 12 months of receipt of your goods. We will resolve the issue by sending you replacement items or parts wherever we can and prefer to do this than provide a refund. You may be asked to return an item to us or the manufacturer. If this is done because of damage we may refund you the cost of the postage you paid, as long as you follow the guidance given on returning an item and proof of postage & cost.

 10.9 Games Wrkshop Regional Exclusions

Triple Helix Wargames endeavours to observe and abide by all the requirements of our suppliers. As a consequence Triple Helix Wargames cannot deliver Games Workshop products outside of the European Economic Area. Any purchases made through the Triple Helix Wargames website for delivery to countries outside of the European Economic Area will be refunded at the earliest opportunity after they are made. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause.
