Here at Triple Helix we take customer service and value for money very seriously.  As such we have spent the last few months looking into our pricing structure and shipping costs.  We have also listened to customer feedback about what type of structure you would like. 

The majority of our customers have said that simplicity is what you would like so although you like big discounts, graded shipping costs that go up every time you add a box puts you off purchasing, especially when they get quite high. 

We have decided therefore that within the UK we are going to have set discounts and FREE SHIPPING ON ALL STOCK.  Our postage costs have gone up massively in the last year and no doubt as the cost of fuel goes up these will continue to rise.  We will do our best however to keep these costs to a minimum and so avoid passing on the costs to our customers and thus maintain the FREE SHIPPING.

We have therefore settled on a figure of 20% OFF RRP across most ranges, with a couple of exceptions.  The exceptions are the Flames of War Range, which includes Gale Force 9 and Battlefield in a Box products, Magazines, Warmachine and Hordes and the KO’ED Dice bags.  These exceptions are either because of contracts or because the cost to us is too great and so online we will only offer 10% off RRP on those ranges.  With Flames of War though wherever you are in the world this will ship FOR FREE.

The other big thing for our UK and Rest of the World Customers is the FREE shipping.  For the UK, this is not capped at a certain weight any more so you know when you place an order the price quoted from the start is what you pay, no hidden extras.  For customers in the EU I am afraid we cannot offer FREE shipping anymore as the costs have risen so significantly.  This will be rated according to weight and we will keep this as low as possible.  The good news is you will still get 20% OFF RRP.  For customers in the Rest of the World, shipping will also be FREE.  We do have to cap this though at 2KG due to cost and like the EU this will be rated according to weight.

We hope that from now on our prices will be simpler to understand and make ordering from us as easy and hassle free as possible.   Regards the Triple Helix Team
